20/20/20: Get a Full Body Workout 20 minutes at a time.  Spend 20 targeted minutes on core then 20 on legs the 20 on upper body.  60min class (level 2/3)

 

30/30: Total body blast, 30 minutes aerobic work and 30 minutes strength training (level 2/3)

 

Body Sculpt: Get the body you've always wanted while having fun, light weights lots of reps and the results you want. (level 3)

 

Cardio Dance: Dance your booty off! Get fit and have fun at the same time! Great way to start your day! (Level 3)

 

Cardio Step: Aerobic Workout utilizing different basic step routines with lots of abs at the end! HIGH ENERGY! (level 3)

 

Definition Workout: Get that definition you want by combining aerobic exercise and weights. (level 2-3)

 

NIA: Non Impact Aerobics or Neuromuscular Integrative Action. The Joy of Movement. Incorporates Several different disciplines such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Dance (level 2-3)

 

Power Hour: Is designed to improve strength and movement. Uses free weights and your own body weight (Level 3)

Silver Sneakers MSROM: Fitness program that is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy active lifestyles. MSROM = Muscle, Strength, and Range of Motion. (Level 1)


Foundational Yoga: In Foundational Yoga practice we focus on basic asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), safety, and remaining attentive to our bodies.

Breath is the basic element of our practice. Through mindfulness of breathing we gauge our ability to perform the asana; if we cannot easily breathe in a pose then we cannot really perform the pose properly, so the focus of this class will be each student understanding their own capabilities through breath awareness prior to expanding those physical pose capabilities.

Aside from this, foundational yoga also stresses safety, which is critical in any form of exercise. The beginner learns quickly that unnecessary injuries are only hinderances to their progress. Because we all need to remain focused on what our practice is built upon, this class is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned yogis. (Level 2-3)

 

Zumba Gold: Improving balance and flexibility, that teaches basic dance steps to Latin music. (Level 2)

 

Zumba: Fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. (Level 3)

 

Zumba Toning: Find out what you are made of, dig deep! Zumba Inspired. (level 3 +)

 

 

Aqua Power- High intensity class, all cardio, designed to move in deep and shallow water using the dumbbells through the class.


Water Waves- Moderate intensity, 20 minutes cardio segment, class done in place. Equipment such as dumbbells or noodles will be used for strengthening at end of cardio.


Aqua Circuit- Moderate to high intensity, 30 minutes cardio, dumbbells can be used during class, toning and strengthening included in this workout. Push ups, tricep dips and crouches.


Power Walk- Low to high intensity depending on you. NO jumping or running, 20 minute cardio segment with toning and strengthening at end. Different equipment used each class.


Aqua Kickboxing- Moderate to high intensity depending on what you put into it, just like a land class but done in water.


Aqua Arthritis- Low intensity, can be done in place or walking in water, head to toe workout, stretching and toning.


Kick boarding- Moderate intensity, strength exercises alternating with laps of flutter kicking for the cardio exercise. Dumbbells, kickboards, noodles, balls, resistance bands will be used.
